Service is very very poor and bad. Provided caretaker was not suitable for handling stroke patient and unable to provide/replace the caretaker as per the patient requirement. As they couldn't provide a suitable caretaker for us, they told will refund the amount but from past 2 months i am following up for the refund amount. They say will arrange and give but till now not refunded back. They don't respond to our calls or messages as they have to refund the amount back.
