सोनम रघुवंशी फिर जाएंगी सलाखों के पीछे, सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने जमानत की रद्द!

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने 2025 में हनीमून के दौरान अपने पति राजा रघुवंशी की हत्या करने की आरोपी सोनम रघुवंशी को दी गई जमानत गुरुवार को रद्द कर दी. अदालत ने सोनम को जमानत दिए जाने के खिलाफ मेघालय सरकार की याचिका स्वीकार कर ली. न्यायमूर्ति एम. एम. सुंदरेश और न्यायमूर्ति पी. बी. वराले की पीठ ने सोनम को पुलिस के समक्ष आत्मसमर्पण करने के लिए तीन सप्ताह का समय दिया. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि यदि मुकदमे की सुनवाई आगे नहीं बढ़ती और छह महीने के भीतर पूरी नहीं होती है, तो सोनम नयी जमानत याचिका दायर कर सकती है.
