राजपाल यादव को फिर जाना होगा जेल... चेक बाउंस केस में दिल्‍ली हाई कोर्ट ने सजा को रखा बरकरार

बॉलीवुड एक्‍टर राजपाल यादव को चेक बाउंस मामले में दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट से बड़ा झटका लगा है. कोर्ट ने उनकी सजा बरकरार रखते हुए उन्हें 3 महीने जेल की सजा सुनाई है. मामला एक पुराने चेक बाउंस से जुड़ा है, जिसमें निचली अदालत ने राजपाल यादव को पहले ही दोषी ठहराया था. राजपाल यादव इस फैसले के खिलाफ हाई कोर्ट गए थे और जमानत पर बाहर थे. आज जस्टिस स्वर्ण कांता की बेंच ने उनकी सजा को बरकरार रखा और 3 महीने की सजा सुनाई.
हाई कोर्ट में मामले की सुनवाई के दौरान अदालत ने राजपाल यादव के बकाया पैसे चुकाने को लेकर बदलते बयानों पर नाराजगी जताई. हाई कोर्ट ने पहले मामले में सेटलमेंट की भी कोशिश की थी, लेकिन आखिरी सुनवाई में वीसी के जरिए पेश होकर राजपाल यादव ने सेटलमेंट से इनकार कर दिया था. इसके बाद कोर्ट ने सख्त रुख अपनाते हुए कन्विक्शन अपहोल्ड किया.
अब राजपाल यादव को 3 महीने के लिए जेल जाना होगा. कोर्ट के इस फैसले के बाद उनके सामने आगे के कानूनी विकल्प क्या होंगे, इस पर नजर रहेगी. फिलहाल यह मामला राजपाल यादव के लिए एक बड़ा कानूनी झटका माना जा रहा है. कोर्ट ने साफ किया कि चेक बाउंस जैसे मामलों में समझौते से इनकार और बयानों में बदलाव को गंभीरता से लिया जाएगा.
